Millet is a seed that has lots of good-for-you nutrients. It's good for your heart. It's also high in things like fiber and magnesium. But that's not why we started eating it. No, we started eating millet because it smells amazing. (And is also very tasty.)
I usually give the munchkin a snack after our morning activity but it can be hard to remember what all of our options are. So I decided to make a list of 25 snacks he's liked in the past and post it on the fridge.
I firmly believe that healthy baked goods don't need to taste healthy. Know what I mean? This is especially true when you have a toddler, because no amount of pleading is going to convince a pint-sized connoisseur to eat something if it isn't yummy.
