It’s starting to feel like winter here in Vermont. My weather app says it feels like -3F outside and there’s a howling wind rapping on the windows. Brrr! Is there any better time for Grand Marnier spiked hot chocolate?

Every year when the weather turns cool my husband makes mulled apple cider. Mulling is an easy process where you add spices like cinnamon, cloves and allspice to cider and heat it on the stove with a bit of orange zest and brown sugar. The resulting drink is oh so fragrant and just the thing on chilly Fall and Winter evenings.

As my quest for more ways to use a ridiculous amount of blueberries continues, I have two quick blueberry recipes to share with you today. One for blueberry yogurt smoothies and the other for blueberry salsa.
